Email and SMS Marketing Terms
These terms apply if you sign up for False Vintage new-drop alerts.
- When you enter your email in the drop-alert form, you agree to receive marketing emails about new drops, restocks and offers. Frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 per month.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days, usually immediately.
- Buying from us does not sign you up for marketing emails unless you tick the box at checkout.
Text messages (only if we launch SMS)
By entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from False Vintage at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your number is handled under our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared for marketing by others.
