We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other US state privacy laws, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.

4. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US, which may not have the same data protection laws as your country. Where required, our providers rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

6. Security

The Site uses HTTPS throughout. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Access to order data is limited to the owner, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach as the law requires.

7. Your choices and rights

7.1 Everyone

7.2 Residents of US states with privacy laws

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold and how we use it, to access and receive a portable copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell, share for targeted advertising or profile, but you may still make any request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can use an authorised agent; we may ask for proof of authority. We verify requests by matching the email address and order details you give us. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line; we respond within the time the law requires.

7.3 Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track you across other websites or sell or share personal information, our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If our practices change, we will honour Global Privacy Control as an opt-out where the law requires.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here with a new "last updated" date, and notify you by email or on the Site for material changes.
